  • Overview

    Beaufont Health & Rehab Center in Richmond is seeking a dynamic full time Lifeworks Coach/Athletic Trainer to educate, influence, and lead clients to establish and reach their fitness/wellness goals.

     

     

     

    Responsibilities

    The Lifeworks Coach/Athletic Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing specialized programs for clients including physical fitness, nutrition, and wellness; overseeing and/or carrying out specialized programs as outlined by therapy professionals; monitoring and providing guidance in proper exercise technique and variations to optimize benefits of the program; conducting individualized consultations and assessments; collaborating and communicating effectively with other Center team members to ensure optimal patient care and progress; ensures all program participants have been screened per policy and procedure to ensure safe program participation; and professionally represents self and Center during community outreach activities.

    Qualifications

    Education/Requirements:

    • Four-year degree in Athletic Training
    • Certification in Athletic Training required
